Then, there are times when something wild just drives right past a person. In this case, a person was on their college campus, and suddenly a wheelchair-bound man came rolling by. The unique part of this was that he was riding a scooter.
In recent years, there have been more people who use wheelchairs sharing their lifestyles. Such things as wheelchair basketball receive a lot more attention. In recent years, there’s also been people in the disabled community who have become advocates. The guy in this video could definitely fit into this type of role, if he ever had that kind of interest.
When one person was driving on campus, they saw something outside of the norm. The situation was so unusual that it would’ve been easy to just overlook it. But the person caught this on camera and they zoomed in on it. What they witnessed was a man who was confined to a wheelchair, who rode by their car, while they also had a scooter that they were using.
