Fans are hoping that Meek Mill finally releases his fifth studio album sometime in 2021. The last one he released was ‘Championships‘ album in 2018 which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and was led by hit singles such as “Going Bad” featuring Drake and “24/7” feat. Ella Mai.
Meek did drop off his ‘Quarantine Pack‘ EP in November though which contained four tracks and appearances by newly-signed DreamChaser artist, Vory and also Lil Durk on the anticipated “Pain Away” single. Now, the MMG rapper has more heat on the way as he has taken to Instagram to preview a track he has on the way with Durk and Lil Baby.
“@lildurk x baby x meek now back to the street shit 👑👑👑 I’m waiting on y’all! Drop a 💎💎💎💎💎 @nick_papz 🤯🤯🤯 3 way back 2 back 2 back! #streetshungry”
The last time Baby and Meek collaborated, it was on Baby’s “Time” single from the 2018 ‘Street Gossip‘ album. That was the most popular record on that project. The album debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and is at gold certification status in the US.
It’s still unclear what the official title of this new collab is but this definitely sounds like pure heat. Check out a preview of Meek’s upcoming track below.
