Megan Thee Stallion calls out Tory Lanez on Instagram
This morning, DJ Akademiks had social media talking, after tweet that a court hearing ruled that Tory Lanez’s DNA wasn’t on the firearm that allegedly shot Megan Thee Stallion, in July 2020.
Megan ended up clapping back and revealed that the court hearing hasn’t even happened yet. She also called out Akademiks even further for not bringing accurate reporting to this case.
Now, Megan is calling out Tory as well. Tory has maintained his innocence since 2020, and believes that Megan is lying about the shooting. On Instagram this afternoon, Megan posted text messages of Tory appearing to admitting to shooting Megan that night, in Los Angeles.
In the now deleted post, Megan said:
“Lie yo way out of this. If you ain’t do sh*t, what you was apologizing for? THE LAWYERS GOT YO PHONE RECORDS AND MINE. ALL YOUR TXT. THEY GOT YOU RECORDED ON THE JAIL PHONE TALKING TO KELSEY APOLOGIZING BEGGING US NOT TO TALK.”
On Twitter, Tory also went on to say “….. u can’t buy and tweet your way out of this one ..not today.” If convicted, Tory faces 22 years and eight months in prison. He went on to plead not guilty, as a trial date still awaits. The pre-trial hearing from today was postponed to April 5.
