Two years ago, the Migos were similar to many other artists looking for success in the rap game. Connected, Migos had the potential to blow, but they hadn’t. But, when they did, Migos managed to rise in the biggest way possible, as “Versace” became a hit and then Drake jumped on it.
Having Drake on their single meant no turning back for Migos, who became fixtures in the game. Before the end of 2013, Migos signed a deal with Atlantic Records. Last year, they delivered another hit, “Fight Night,” although longtime fans didn’t care for the song.
Migos were gearing up for a big 2015, where they released YRN: The Album, their debut album, after their tour. In the middle of one of their recent tour dates, Migos got arrested and held without bail. With it looking like the Migos will not be released from jail, their management has revealed the tour is cancelled.
