This summer, NBA Youngboy is positioned to be one of the biggest rappers in the game. He is beginning to command increasing radio play with “I Am Who They Say I Am,” featuring Quando Rondo and Kevin Gates. That song may be the one to put him over the top.
NBA Youngboy is currently in Miami, for Rolling Loud, where he found himself in a bad position. His misfortune follows Kodak Black and Lil Wayne, neither of whom got to perform. But, their lives were not threatened.
This afternoon, NBA Youngboy and his girlfriend, Kay, were shot at, while driving through Miami. Reports say that Kay actually did get shot in the shoulder. Both are safe and Kay is expected to make a full recovery, but the bodyguard tracked the shooter down, killing him, according to reports.
