Once a week, the world gets to see Nicki Minaj in her glory as she judges “American Idol” along with the other members. Those who do not follow hip hop were in for a big surprise when they saw Nicki Minaj for the first time. Often dressed like the Black Barbie she raps about being, the fan base wondered who she was.
But, fans who follow Nicki Minaj were not surprised about the ongoing issues at “American Idol” and her antics. While on the show, though, Nicki Minaj has begun to tone down her overall look from the ‘Black Barbie’ theme. Nicki Minaj unveiled her new look to positive feedback during her cover shoot with Elle magazine.
During her interview with MTV News, Nicki Minaj talked about various topics. Speaking with MTV in promotion of her “High School” video with Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj touched upon some of everything. In the latest clip, Nicki Minaj talked about changing her look and how she does not want to be some “weirded our character.”
