Several artists have experienced breakout success over the past couple of months. Among the top of the list, of these artists, is O.T. Genasis, a native of Long Beach. Before his “Coco” success, Genasis was 50 Cent’s artist, but now he works with Busta Rhymes.
O.T. Genasis is in the midst of a strong run and “Coco” is a single that’s been blowing up for months. With his buzz at an all-time high, Genasis finds himself as one of the hottest names in hip hop. Everyone wants to talk to him.
Recently, Big Boy sat down Long Beach native, O.T. Genasis for an exclusive interview. During the conversation, he talked about his recent arrest and how his stage name came to be. Of course, it wouldn’t be an O.T. Genasis interview if he didn’t speak on how “Coco” was created.
