Overwhelmed hotel worker has breakdown in front of customer
Maintaining professionalism isn’t always easy, as things can become too much. Recently, a man working in a hotel ended up going through it. He was being recorded by some customers, who were upset with his services. Once the man responded to them in a negative way, they began recording him. While they continued approaching him in a confrontational manner, the guy rammed his head into the hotel’s computer. After that, he began crying, and walked off.
Oftentimes, people are misunderstood, and their actions get taken the wrong way. However, when working in the service industry, people have to always have the happy face on. In addition, if they make any kind of mistakes, they need to swiftly correct it. When this particular man working at the hotel didn’t do it, the customers took action. In this day and age, this means taking out the cameras, and recording what’s taking place.
With the camera in his face, this man ended up losing it. Apparently, his job was just to check these customers into their room. However, some kind of disagreement happened. As a result, they began filming him, and he quickly broke down. While the customers were arguing with him, he headbutted the computer, ripped it from the cords, and walked away while crying. He muttered some words about his life and that is how the situation ended.
