Last month, Patrick Patterson, of the Los Angeles Clippers, got into a lot of trouble. Some of his comments resurfaced. Married to a white woman, Patrick Patterson was hounded by a couple of fans, dogging him for marrying outside his race. This led to a major blowout.
Patrick Patterson was told that the only reason his wife married him is because he’s in the NBA. In response, Patterson said he didn’t care, as they are together, now. Then, he questioned if he should just settle for a “bulldog,” which many felt was aimed at black women.
After that, additional comments were dug up, where Patrick Patterson insulted another black woman. That press led to Patrick Patterson issuing an apology, which the people panned. Now, for the first time, the man, himself, is speaking, as TMZ Sports caught up with him, and he simply said “I love my wife.”
