Back In September of 2018, Mac Miller tragically passed away due to a drug overdose. This was a month after releasing his fifth studio album, “Swimming.” This project went on to be nominated for Best Rap Album at the 2019 Grammy Awards.

We will now finally be receiving more music from Mac as his family announced on his Instagram page this morning that a posthumous album is on the way. It will be titled “Circles” and will serve as the companion album to Swimming. Prior to his passing, Mac had been working with singer/songwriter, Jon Brion, to complete Circles

As of now, no singles for Circles have been announced but that may change as we near its release. The cover art for it was released though in the IG post. Check out Mac’s family’s statement on the upcoming album along with the cover below.
