During times of disaster, people step up for people. Right now, the people of Port Arthur, Texas need someone to step up for them. The entire city is underwater, all but one neighborhood, according to people in the city.
Things are so dire in Port Arthur, right now, even the rescue shelters are flooding. People have stormed Twitter, desperately begging for a boat to be sent out to save them. Several people are stuck in their attics and even that’s flooding.
Prayer is strong, but faith without work is dead, so anyone who can do something needs to do something. The people of Port Arthur have done their part in order to save themselves. Now, someone needs to step up for them, and help get them out of there.
