Last month, Quavo and Saweetie stunned social media when they revealed on Twitter that the two broke up. Saweetie tweeted that she felt hurt and betrayed. She also added that she was cheated on. From that point, Quavo responded by saying how Saweetie wasn’t the woman he thought she was and then, wished her all of the best.
A day after the breakup, rumors surfaced that Quavo had the Bentley that he bought for Saweetie repossessed. TMZ reported that sources close to the Migos rapper said that that is completely false. No footage of this happening had surfaced either.
Now, Quavo appears to hint that he actually did make this repo happen. This is after he put out a preview of a song with the lyrics to boost the confirmation.
“Skrtttt Skrtt takin back dat Bently!! F*ck dem h*es now I gotta act stingy. New Huncho & Petro otw.”
Quavo also appeared to diss Saweetie in a song preview last month as the lyrics read” Young n***a burnt out, burnt out/12 pulling up so we burned out/Sweet little b*tch now she turnt out.” Saweetie has since moved on as she is doing very well with her “Best Friend” single feat. Doja Cat, which is No. 17 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. She also appeared on Gwen Stefani’s new “Slow Clap” remix today.
As for Quavo’s music, he and Migos are expected to finally put out their long-awaited “Culture III” album this year. This comes after a few years of delays. The trio did put out a trailer for the album though and have since previewed new music from it.
