For years, R. Kelly has faced accusations about performing sexual acts with minors. There was his marriage to Aaliyah, along with his 2001 court case. R. Kelly eventually beat those charges, in 2003, but “Surviving R. Kelly” brought all of this back to light.
In 2017, women began coming forward, accusing R. Kelly of many heinous acts. This led to Lifetime coming together with Kelly’s ex-wife, Drea, to create “Surviving R. Kelly.” Early, in 2019, the miniseries premiered, and soon Kelly was under investigation.
R. Kelly is now facing even more accusations, which have made the news. The acclaimed singer is now being accused of engaging in sexual acts with two underage boys. New court documents claimed that the singer engaged in these acts.
