Ralo has been in prison since April of 2018 after being caught with $1 million worth of marijuana totaling 444 pounds in a private jet he was flying on. He was officially charged with four federal counts of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and possession with intent to distribute over 100 kilograms of marijuana.

Now, it appears that the Atlanta rapper will finally be a free man again. According to XXL, Ralo will be eligible for $250,000 bond by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia Atlanta Division. He would be able to be released on July 10.

Ralo wouldn’t be 100% free, though. He would have to live at a “designated rental property“ and would be there on 24-hour lockdown. He would only be able to leave for necessities such as medical reasons, court appearances, or other things approved by a court. Ralo would also be required to submit to location monitoring directed by Pretrial Services and agree to all program requirements and instructions.

Ralo also cannot communicate with any third parties. This includes directly or indirectly by “any cellular device, telephone number, email account, teleconferencing or videoconferencing account, or social-media platform that has not been disclosed in advance and approved by Pretrial Services.”

Ralo also released the deluxe edition for his ‘Free Ralo’ project last month. It featured six new tracks with features from YFN Lucci, Trouble and Derek De’Shon.
