Raymond Felton gets clowned for his weight playing at Knicks game

Raymond Felton recently went viral for putting on weight, but the masses haven’t noticed. Earlier this year, the photos of him received a lot of attention. Jokingly, people said he resembled Rick Ross. But, in his time, Raymond Felton was a force on the basketball court. He began his career with the Charlotte Hornets, when they were called the Bobcats. However, he spent most of his career with the New York Knicks. As a result, he played in some kind of alumni game, before the actual game.

Raymond Felton was drafted in 2005 and joined the Charlotte Bobcats. At the time, the franchise was in its second season. Felton was there for those early years, as the Bobcats increasingly improved, until they made the 2010 playoffs. After that, Felton left the Bobcats and signed with the New York Knicks, in free agency. However, he ended up being traded to the Denver Nuggets, when the Knicks made the move to acquire Carmelo Anthony.

Raymond Felton ended up being a journeyman, but he wanted to play for the Knicks. As a result, they included him in their alumni game. Several retired Knick players competed in a pre-game scrimmage. They had ten players, five wearing white, and five wearing blue. The guys were playing, but only in a half court setting. Here, the people noticed just how out of shape Felton was. It’s clear this man is enjoying his retirement, as he should.
