Three years ago, Remy Ma was released from prison, but she has done her comeback differently than most. Instead of jumping back in, with the “I’m back” campaign, Remy Ma slowly returned. She did release some initial new songs, before joining the “Love & Hip Hop” cast.
Just before the end of her first VH1 season, Remy Ma dropped “All The Way Up,” alongside Fat Joe. Since then, Remy Ma has continued releasing bigger records. Earlier this year, of course, Remy Ma dropped the Nicki Minaj diss record that has made her a household name.
Remy Ma has a lot going on and she is expanding her business interests, also. Before her current run, Remy Ma was best-known for “Conceited,” her solo debut single. The title lives on, as her store, opening in Raleigh, NC on August 20, is named after her song.
