It’s funny the way things go, especially when it comes to Atlanta hip hop. At the end of 2012 and going into 2013, Trinidad James was the biggest new artist in the game. In his shadow was Rich Homie Quan, who released Still Goin In (Reloaded) in the midst of all the hype.
Out of nowhere, fans flocked to “Differences” and “Type of Way” and now Rich Homie Quan is one of the biggest artists in the game. The ironic part about it is how much bigger his buzz is than Trinidad James’ currently is. All a part of the same movement, the collective success has been great.
Rich Homie Quan has become a favorite within urban media. He has talked to all of the big media outlets and now he has made his debut with Young Jack Thriller for ThisIs50.com. As entertaining as he was here, Young Jack Thriller kept Rich Homie Quan laughing, as they talked about “Type of Way” and Future.
