The United States is now No. 1 in the world with the most coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and it’s really been crazy to deal with worldwide in general. We’ve also seen celebrities such as Idris Elba, Slim Thug, Kevin Durant, Tom Hanks, and more contract the virus.
Slim Thug announced yesterday that he tested positive and now, fellow Houston legend, Scarface, has the virus. He initially made this announcement while on a video chat with fellow Geto Boys group member, Willie D. He said he started off with pneumonia in both of his lungs and soon, his kidneys failed. He later started to quarantine.
“It’s the craziest shit I’ve ever done and seen in my life,” said Scarface. “I’ve been to the point where I thought I was going to die, bro. I threw up so much until it was just hot sauce. Like your gas and acids don’t sit in your stomach. I didn’t have no food in my stomach, it was coming up like bile, bro. I couldn’t breathe well. I was Hazmat, homie.”
“I got to feeling really really really bad,” he continues. “It started off with pneumonia in both of my lungs. Three-four days later my kidneys failed. Three or four days after that they told me I can’t move, I’m quarantined. I gotta wait until it subsides so I can wait and see what goes on with my kidneys now.”
Scarface also added that last Sunday, he started with symptoms such as an itch in his throat which soon turned into a fever and then some cold chills in his body.
“Let me save your life man. Don’t play no games man. I woke up Sunday morning, I had an itch in my throat. I called my doctor, he got me a z-pack and some Prednisone. Come Thursday, my fever kicks in like bam. One hundred one, one hundred two. Fever going up out the roof. Friday, Saturday, Sunday I go to the ER. I get in there, freezing to death. They stick these needles in my arm and start running me IVs.”
Hopefully, Scarface makes a quick recovery. It’s definitely a scary situation for anyone who contracts the virus. This virus can hurt anyone, regardless of age or health. Check out Scarface telling Willie D that he has the coronavirus below.
