Steph Curry dominates Twitter after breaking Tyler Herro’s ankles
Stephen Curry has been playing the best basketball of his career, for the past two seasons. Last season, Curry finally won Finals MVP, as he led the Golden State Warriors to their fourth title in seven years. Had Curry not gotten injured towards the end of last season, he may have likely also won regular season MVP. Thus far, Steph is the leading MVP candidate for this year.
Stephen Curry took the basketball world by storm in 2014. The season prior saw Curry lead the Golden State Warriors to the playoffs for the first time in six years. In addition, this was only the Warriors’ second playoff appearance in nineteen years. The 2014 postseason was the first time in a generation that the Warriors made consecutive playoff appearances. A tough first round loss was followed by Steph leading the Warriors to 67 wins, winning the season MVP, and leading Golden State to their first championship in forty years.
Stephen Curry has been on fire for the past two seasons. Early in this season, Curry is averaging almost 35 points per game, on highly efficient shooting. Last night, the Golden State Warriors hosted the Miami Heat. During the closing minutes of the game, Steph came alive. With Tyler Herro on him, Curry made him go viral. When Curry crossed up Herro, he left him on roller skates. As a result, Twitter had Steph trending. At the end of the game, Curry closed out Miami for the win, and then he beat on his chest.
