One word, “Bad,” and Wale has more than made up for his 2012 absence. Probably best-known for putting Washington, DC’s hip hop scene on the map, Wale teamed up with rising songstress, Tiara Thomas. Wale and Tiara Thomas came together for “Bad,” which helped launch his third studio album.
A few weeks ago, Wale released the “Bad” music video and he announced his third studio album, The Gifted. Before announcing The Gifted, Wale released a video of him in the studio with DJ Omega and Jerry Seinfeld. Wale revealed they were crafting The Album About Nothing, inspired by The Mixtape About Nothing.
Since “Bad” came out, Wale has appeared to be more focused on The Gifted. Posting up photos of studio sessions with Jay-Z and DJ Premier, Wale appeared to have other interests. But, Jerry Seinfeld reunited with Wale for a recent studio session and the photo was released yesterday.
