For the first time in four years, T.I. is able to promote his new album with complete freedom. The last time T.I. had this opportunity, he was on top of the rap world, enjoying his first chart-topping single. Legal woes proved only a minor setback for T.I., as he is back at what made him a force, in the first place.
T.I. said it best, the road to redemption has no GPS, but he has navigated it the best way possible. When T.I. was in need of a comeback, he and DJ Drama put their heads together, which led to out of the box marketing. Instead of linking up with the big names, T.I. decided to collaborate with up-and-comers.
One year later, Trouble Man: Heavy is the Head, is on the way. T.I. is preparing to put the new album out next week. Currently in New York City, as he is gearing up for another press run, T.I. held his listening party there. During the listening session, T.I. explained why this album is his best yet.
