Tekashi 6ix9ine has been one of the most discussed rappers since getting out of prison due to coronavirus concerns last month. He receiver 2 million viewers on his first Instagram Live and also put out his “Gooba” single.
Gooba has done very well as it debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, with 6ix9ine believing that it should’ve gone No. 1. “Stuck With U” by Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande was the top song. 6ix9ine went on to accuse their teams of paying for streams with six different credit cards. The music video for Gooba has since amassed over 274 million views.
Over the weekend, the Gooba music video was taken down from YouTube due to Kenyan producer, Magix Enga, claiming that 6ix9ine sampled one of his beats. The video was removed briefly but then, Enga has now revealed 6ix9ine paid for the best and got it back on YouTube. The Brooklyn rapper hasn’t spoke on this situation yet. He is expected to release his new “Trollz” single on June 5 though.
