Continuing this female renaissance in hip hop is Teyana Taylor. Similar to Nicki Minaj, she is from New York and she has curves, but that is where the comparisons between the two ladies end. Teyana Taylor has established herself as a star in the game and she is just beginning to rise.
Despite being fairly new to the game, Teyana Taylor is not one to be pushed around. If she feels as if she is being threatened, Teyana Taylor steps up and she goes after the person who is going after her. Recently, Teyana Taylor felt as if she was being threatened by Rihanna, so she took aim.
Teyana Taylor went on Twitter and told it to Rihanna just how it was. Because she is rather new to the game, Teyana Taylor doesn’t want to play industry with her. Sensing her subliminal tweets, Teyana Taylor called her on it and said she knows her very well, so she shouldn’t play.
