According to Chart Data, Blinding Lights has passed 2.5 billion Spotify streams, according to Chart Data. This now becomes the fastest song in history, to do this.
Blinding Lights is also currently 9x platinum in the US. It is anticipated that it will hit diamond status, before 2021 is over. This record was initially released in November 2019, and hasn’t slowed down since. It currently stands at No. 20, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
