The Weeknd’s “Dawn FM,” is on its way to becoming his fourth straight number one album

Last week, The Weeknd released his highly anticipated fifth studio album, “Dawn FM.” This project contained 16 tracks, and appearances from Jim Carrey, Quincy Jones, Tyler, The Creator, and Lil Wayne. Dawn FM was led by the “Take My Breath” single, which was released last August.

Many anticipated that Dawn FM would be another number one album for The Weeknd, and it appears that this will be the case, this week. According to Chart Data, Dawn FM is expected to debut at number one on the Billboard 200 chart, with 157,000 units sold. This would be Weeknd’s fourth straight number one album.

Number two on the Billboard 200, would be Gunna’s new “DS4EVER” album, with 144,000 units. This project was released by the Atlanta rapper last week, and many felt that it could challenge Dawn FM, for that top spot.

Sacrifice” has since been the next single from the album, by The Weeknd. That has quickly become a fan-favorite, as Dawn FM has received plenty of love overall.
