Toosii says debut album “NAUJOUR” will be released on June 2

Shortly after midnight arrived on May 5, Toosii released the highly anticipated remix to his latest successful single, “Favorite Song.” This features Khalid, as this comes as Favorite Song has peaked at number 13 in the US, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Toosii and Khalid initially previewed the Favorite Song earlier this week, and now have a major collaboration on their hands. A week ago, Toosii even made his television debut on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” when he performed Favorite Song.

Meanwhile, Toosii has also announced that his debut studio album is also finally arriving, next month. This project is titled “NAUJOUR,” is scheduled for a June 2 release date. The title of the album is named after Toosii’s first name. The North Carolina native also unveiled a trailer to social media in anticipation of its release, which includes his mother, son, and expecting girlfriend. As a result, the album is also scheduled to contain 19 tracks.

Toosii has been one of the hottest rising artists in the industry, since 2020. His buzz eventually led him to signing to Capitol Records, as well as Charlotte-based South Coast Music Group, which is home to fellow Carolina rappers such as DaBaby, Blacc Zacc, TiaCorine, and more.
