At the end of 2014, Vince Staples gave his audience a teaser of what was to come. This was his project, Hell Can Wait, a sampler EP for the fans and his first major label release. With the summer here, Vince Staples is getting in on that action.
Vince Staples is a native of Long Beach and signed with Def Jam. Thus far, he has made a strong impact on the game from a commercial standpoint. It has been enough for Def Jam to make the decision to greenlight a full album from Vince Staples this summer.
The title of Vince Staples’ debut album is Summertime ’06 and No I.D. is the executive producer of the album. Definitely a summertime release, Vince Staples drops the album on June 30. It is something the fans are definitely looking forward to.
