After a tremendous run in 2011, capped with the release of his Ambition album, Wale is already back to work. The Maybach Music rapper is currently recording with French Montana on the upcoming Self Made, Vol. 2 album with MMG. While he is recording new music, Wale’s older songs are still in demand.
Tonight, the popular rapper will be in New York City at Irving Plaza. Wale will be performing a number of his 2011 hits while at Irving Plaza. Among the artists Wale will take the stage with are Black Cobain and Miguel. Last year, Miguel sang the hook for Wale’s ever-popular hit single, “Lotus Flower Bomb.”
