Veteran West Coast emcees, WC and Daz Dillinger, have come together for a new joint project. Their upcoming album is called West Coast Gangsta Shit, which is due to be released later this year. When thinking of the West Coast hip hop scene, most think of this new generation of rappers.
Los Angeles is the birthplace of gangsta rap, but recently more lyrical emcees have emerged from the city. There is room for it all and with the spotlight back on the city, the veterans are coming back. Showing gangsta rap does still exist, WC and Daz Dillinger have come together for West Coast Gangsta Shit.
WC and Daz Dillinger have yet to determine a release date for West Coast Gangsta Shit, but they have kept the fans updated. Recently, the album cover for the album and the track listing was released. Along with this, WC and Daz Dillinger spoke on the project during a studio session.
