YG announces he’s releasing his own sneaker line, 4Hunnid The Flame, in 2021 [PHOTO]

Eleven years ago, YG emerged as the future of the West Coast. The young emcee, representing Compton, released “Toot It and Boot It,” featuring Ty Dolla $ign. That song was a minor hit, putting both of them on the map.

While 2009 was their big break, 2013 was the year both YG and Ty Dolla $ign broke through. Signed to Def Jam and Atlantic Records, respectively, YG was paired with Jeezy, and Ty was paired with Wiz Khalifa. They dropped “My Hitta” and “Paranoid” to much success.

YG had an enormous 2014, in terms of music, and he has since been expanding his business ventures. The Compton rapper recently announced he has a sneaker line in the works. Taking to Instagram, YG revealed he has “4Hunnid The Flame,” which will officially be released, in 2021.
