Giannis falls and hurts his shoulder but still runs back and scores

Last night, the Milwaukee Bucks hosted the Philadelphia 76ers. This season, expectations have been a bit skewed for nearly all of the teams in the East. While the Bucks are the defending champions, they got off to a sluggish start. Meanwhile, the Phoenix Suns, who were the runner ups, for the title, have taken the league by storm. The East, on the other hand, has had several teams trading places with each other for the top seed.

While most expected Giannis and the Bucks to assume the top spot, Jimmy Butler’s Miami Heat seem to be locking in the top seed. However, the Bucks have gone on some runs, and made some things happen, but they came up short, last night. Giannis has proven he is one of the NBA’s best players, with two MVP awards, a championship, and a Finals MVP award. Despite not playing, James Harden’s team came to town, and they got the win, furthering Giannis’ unique history with Harden.

The Bucks lost, last night, but not due to Giannis. He did all he could to keep the Bucks in the game, but the Sixers got the win. Giannis and Joel Embiid both put on a show. At one point, during the game, Giannis fell, and he clearly hurt his shoulder. But, that didn’t stop Giannis from getting back down the floor, and handling the offense, eventually getting the score.
