This past fall, Joyner Lucas made major headlines when he called Karen Civil out. He accused her of giving him the runaround, after he paid her $60,000 to be his publicist. Everything was aired out, during a room on Clubhouse. In 2015, Joyner Lucas began making noise, and had his major breakthrough in 2017.
Joyner Lucas has dropped some big records, over the years. “I’m Not Racist” was his 2017 breakthrough that had everyone talking. But, he has also made some very fun records. Definitely, he knows how to make hit singles. Among the people Joyner has collaborated with, over the years, includes Chris Brown, along with others.
In 2021, Joyner Lucas has had a big year. Now, he has decided to document all of this. He delivered his single, “My Escape,” to much fanfare. The music video dropped for this single, last week. His music has continued to experience positive reactions. There is a strong buzz, with his music, and Lucas is continuing to push.
Currently, Joyner Lucas is working on his forthcoming second album. He has released a ton of new music ahead of the project. The new album will come in 2022, more than likely.
