Welcome back for another week of Radio Invasion taking over Hip Hop Vibe. Of course, the Radio Invasion family is here to present another Mixtape of the Week to the public. A big week in hip hop, overall, has capped with the 2013 BET Awards and the streets of Los Angeles are going crazy right now.
Man, an insane amount of mixtapes dropped from an incredible host of talented artists, but one had to win out. In terms of impact, notability, and fan reaction, Machine Gun Kelly captured the most attention with his Black Flag mixtape. The “Breaking News” music video ended up becoming breaking news.
Hands down, the Black Flag mixtape was dope and it features appearances from such names as Pusha T and Meek Mill. It was not the collaborations that made this mixtape and it was not what made the fans love it. But, Machine Gun Kelly came through and gave the world Radio Invasion’s Mixtape of the Week.
