It is unfortunate the way this rap game goes and some happen to overlook the “game” part of this. A lot of times, people are just playing around, as was the case in the situation with Nicki Minaj and DJ Khaled. Moving from one controversy to another, earlier today Nicki Minaj sounded off on Ransom for claiming he is her ghostwriter.
No one wants to be dissed the way Nicki Minaj dissed Ransom. At the same time, if he is indeed lying, no one wants someone taking credit for their own efforts. Either way, the stage was set for a showdown between Nicki Minaj and Ransom, a mixtape legend who is from Jersey City, New Jersey.
Where each rapper is from and what they do was irrelevant earlier this afternoon, however. Nicki Minaj retweeted someone who was defending her lyrics and it led to a response from Ransom. Though the two rappers did not directly address each other, the fans went at it for Nicki.
