Hip Hop Vibe Staff Writer
One of the greatest hip hop stories ever told is that of NWA, the Eazy-E-led group from Compton. The group was home to Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, MC Ren, and DJ Yella. From the moment they debuted, NWA made a lasting impact on the game and helped soften the world towards gangsta rap.
Although they initially were hated by the masses, the world grew to love NWA and respect the hustle of Eazy-E, Ice Cube, and Dr. Dre. It’s hard to believe it’s been close to thirty years since they first made their impact on the game. But, this is the case and a biopic is being made to chronicle their rise.
The filming for the NWA biopic is taking place and the living original members of the team were present for it. Several photos hit the internet via the Facebook page of DJ Yella. These photos captured some good photos of The D.O.C., DJ Speed, and more who were behind the scenes.
