It’s hard enough going to work, with everything going on, but people are aware that their bills have to be paid. Then, as a woman, it’s tough having to work late hours and being out, alone. With racial minorities seemingly being hunted, it adds much more danger.

Clearly, Rebecca Hernandez is not the person in the photo, above. It was impossible for Hernandez to show her face, as she had to be the one to film her own assault. The young woman was the most-experienced bartender, so she had to take over to cut a man off.

Jason Wood, the President and CEO of Actionable Insights, is the man who Rebecca Hernandez cut off. After she refused his money, Wood went off on a racist rant, calling Hernandez a “dark haired sand n*gger” and said she was “stupid like a Saudi Arabian.” After the encounter, Hernandez shared it all on Facebook.
