Understand that LeBron James isn’t in the business of losing games in the first two rounds of the playoffs. This is a man who has played in every NBA Finals since 2011. During this time, he managed to do it with two different teams.
The Cleveland Cavaliers went from being a non-playoff team, in 2014, to expected conference champions in 2015. Then, when the season started, it happened, just like that. When LeBron James and Kyrie Irving linked up, amazing happened.
In the midst of this, the Toronto Raptors built something around their star, DeMar DeRozan, and, later Kyle Lowry. It just so happens they exist to be a spoiler for the Cavaliers.
