With the way things are looking, Cardi B is no fluke. Definitely, her new single, “Be Careful,” is different from her first two singles, but it’s not the flop Twitter was hoping for, this morning. Already, it’s the most-added song on the radio, and all over the internet.
Many would argue that this is due to Cardi B’s lingering popularity, but she’s been popular for a year. Her new single has her quoting the woman whose record she beat, Lauryn Hill. But, there are also reports of her team member being the original creator of the song.
Whatever the case, Cardi B has topped the iTunes charts, once again, with “Be Careful” going number one. A lot of people were trashing this song, and Cardi B took the time to check them, but in a nice way. Also, a lot of people assume this song’s about Offset, and she confirmed that it’s not.
