Without releasing an album, Meek Mill has become one of the hottest rappers in the game, in terms of popularity. Being signed to Rick Ross’ Maybach Music does not hurt matters for the Philadelphia emcee, either. Working so hard on the mixtape level, the city of Philadelphia is firmly behind Meek Mill, as he advances his career.
This past spring, Meek Mill released his final mixtape offering before he prepares to release his Dreams & Nightmares album. The sequel to his 2011 mixtape, Dreamchasers, Meek Mill has enjoyed much success. Given his popularity, the Maybach Music emcee soon launched a tour in promotion of the mixtape.
Over the course of the summer, Meek Mill has been on tour, promoting his new mixtape. Recently, the tour concluded in New York City, where Meek Mill performed with Rick Ross, Young Chris, Busta Rhymes, and Slaughterhouse.
