A few weeks ago, Lil Uzi Vert stunned everyone when he actually put in a $24 million pink diamond onto his forehead. This stone was originally sold to the Philadelphia rapper in 2017 by Eliannte & Co. Uzi also revealed that the stone costs more than his homes and cars combines. It also supposedly could kill him if not removed properly.
Eliantte & Co’s Simon Babaev recently spoke with Rolling Stone and emphasized that this pink stone going into Uzi’s forehead was very safe. He added that it’s like any other piercing and was also surprised that Uzi wanted this. That changed once he saw Uzi paying for it back in 2017, though.
“We didn’t think he was serious about it, but as he started making payments on the specific stone, he made it clear that he was very serious,” said Babaev. Yeah, it’s as safe as any other piercing. As long as you maintain it well and have good upkeep, it’s perfectly fine. We made sure that prior to getting anything done that Uzi brought someone in to consult on everything. We didn’t just do this randomly.”
Many have felt that this was a very horrible investment by Uzi and also not wise to put this stone onto his forehead. It’s widely believed that this could make Uzi a target, especially the whopping price of the stone.
