Always, Akbar V seems to be all over the place. Earlier this year, she had people alarmed, after she threatened to commit suicide. Thankfully, she is doing better, mentally, and she seems to be enjoying life.

Akbar V is well-known on the Atlanta hip hop scene. For two years, she appeared on “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” where Kandi actually showed up to help her establish her music career. During the hiatus, she left the show to focus on music.
