Danny Green injures his hand | Bulls at Sixers [VIDEO]

Danny Green injures his hand during home game vs Bulls

Throughout most of the season, the Chicago Bulls have been rolling. Led by DeMar DeRozan, who has played like an MVP, the Bulls have held the top record in the East for most of the season. However, the consistency of the Miami Heat pushed the Bulls out of first. Meanwhile, the Philadelphia 76ers have lingered around, and Joel Embiid got hot in December. Last night, the Sixers were hosting the Bulls, and James Harden was back in action.

After trading Ben Simmons to the Brooklyn Nets for James Harden, the Sixers became the favorites to win the East. The Sixers were already playing well before Harden arrived and they have only gotten better since then. But the East is stacked, with the Heat, defending champion Bucks, and the emerging Celtics taking up space. The Bulls came into Philadelphia having lost four straight games. They left Philadelphia with the losing streak extended to five.

Despite getting the win, the Philadelphia 76ers also had a key loss. Danny Green has been an X factor for the Sixers all season. Late in the game, Danny Green provided help on defense, and wound up with an injury to his finger. Green had to leave the game.
