Boosie granted $50,000 bond after being arrested for new federal gun case

Boosie granted $50,000 bond in new federal gun case

Last week, Boosie was able to get his San Diego gun possession case dismissed. However, he was immediately arrested by federal agents outside of the courthouse, as soon as that hearing concluded. Furthermore, this situation reportedly involved another gun case.

Meanwhile, Boosie has now been granted the opportunity to post a $50,000 bond, according to TMZ. Boosie’s lawyers Meghan Blanco and Damon Alimouri confirmed this latest development, during a hearing on Tuesday. However, it’s still unclear when Boosie will actually be released.

Furthermore, a judge was in favor of Boosie in this situation. This comes after he decided to grant him bond, after prosecutors initially wanted to keep him in jail until his trial.

Boosie’s legal woes continue to add up, as the San Diego gun incident took place last month. He was filming a music video with SD artist Bully Three, as police went on to find multiple firearms. Boosie was able to post bond that day, and went on to perform at his scheduled concert. There, he encouraged fans in attendance to chant profanities about San Diego PD. Feds initially saw Boosie with a firearm on Instagram Live.
