Drake went through a major adjustment, as he became a rap star. This is something he was open about, as he was rising to fame. While he definitely had a movement, few people saw what Drake was actually going to become. Fourteen years later, Drake remains the hottest rapper in the game. This means Drake is both the OG and the new guy. Sometimes, the fame still can be overwhelming, though. Recently, he was trying to get to his car in peace, so he literally ducked the cameramen.
Drake began building his buzz in 2007 and defied the odds. There were many rappers who were projected to soon break into the mainstream. None of them have had the kinds of success that Drake has enjoyed. The irony is that some of these artists already had singles on Billboard, videos on BET and MTV, plus major co-signs. All Drake needed was the right connections. After that, he became one of the most commercially-successful rappers of all-time.
Drake remains the most popular rapper in the game, so he’s used to the fame. However, there are times when a celebrity still wants their privacy. A video has gone viral of Drake trying to stay out of the way of the paparazzi. Still, the camera got a quick glimpse of his face. From the looks of the video, Drake has gone a little while without having a haircut. Regardless, he was not trying to be seen by the cameras, as he slid into his car.
