During this holiday weekend, taping phones and cameras to the ceiling has become the trend. However, one woman took all of this to new extremes. Already, she had one video trending on social media, but one wasn’t enough. She became the latest woman taping her phone on her ceiling. Once she got that work out of the way, she began a classic twerk session.
While twerking has been a part of the culture from the beginning, the world thinks it’s new. Many cities in the South are known for this. In New Orleans, there’s a history of the twerk. Down there, it was called “p-popping.” Meanwhile, the actual twerking phrase began in the early 2000s. It often goes overlooked, but it was Ying Yang Twins who made it popular with “Whistle While You Twurk.”
However, there is only one woman making the twerk famous right now. She is doing what she can to become the focal point of social media. Right now, she’s winning, and there’s no real competition in sight. Not only did she complete the ceiling challenge of getting her phone taped up there, but she got down in more ways than one. This twerk video of her has the internet locked down.
