The popular Telfar brand is promoting their new denim bag collection, with Maiya The Don as the new face of the special addition. In a new ad, Maiya is featured as she raps her viral “Telfy” single.
Maiya The Don is having an incredible journey in music. Following the release of her 2022 single “Telfy” she’s become one of raps rising stars. During it’s original release, the song gained more than 1 million views on YouTube. Following the success of the single, Maiya The Don was also featured on Flo Milli’s “Conceited,” remix with Lola Brooke. She also joined Flo Milli on her “Thanks For Coming Here, Ho”, Tour this year. Recently, Maiya was featured on XXL’s first every “Cypher Lab” alongside Latto, Flo Milli, Monaleo and Mello Buckzz.
Further proving the influence behind female rap, this collaboration with Telfar was long over due. The popular black owned brand is worn by celebrities like Beyoncé, Oprah, Selena Gomez, Lil Nas X, Dua Lipa and others. Telfar’s denim bag collection is available for purchase Tuesday, December 5th.
