On Monday afternoon, Nicki Minaj fans on social media were sent into a frenzy. This came after a post by her on Twitter/X, which read “Yes single…”
As a result, fans wondered whether Nicki’s post pertained to a new single of hers being released soon, or her actual relationship status now being single. As many know, she’s been married to Kenneth Petty, since 2019, and has one child with him.
Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj has been venturing on her record-setting Pink Friday 2 World Tour, since March 1. However, she did run into an issue while leaving Amsterdam, in late May. Police claimed that she had drugs in her luggage, in which she had to spend 5-6 hours in jail. Moreover, that even resulted in her having to cancel her concert in Manchester, England, that night. Nicki canceled her second Amsterdam concert, too. Nicki’s world tour lasts until July 14, where it concludes in in Liége, Belgium.
The second leg of Nicki Minaj’s US tour dates will also begin in the fall. The opening date is scheduled for September 4, in Philadelphia. It will run until October 11, where it’ll wrap up in Nicki’s hometown of Queens, NY.
