A lot of new artists have emerged from New York City, but there has remained enough room for the veterans. One artist to pay attention to has been around for over twenty years. Havoc, with the exception of last year, could always be found somewhere near Prodigy, making up the Mobb Deep duo.
While all is well between Havoc and Prodigy, once again, he is going forward with his third album. 13 is the name of the upcoming disc from Havoc, which is due early next month. Havoc has helped make May 7, 2013 a big day for Queens hip hop, as he will be facing off against LL Cool J.
Next month, Havoc plans to release his new album. The project features appearances from many major artists. Styles P, Raekwon, and Lloyd Banks are among the veteran rappers from New York City on the album. Already, fans can pre-order the album and have it ready to listen to by May 7.
