When most people think of Providence, Rhode Island, they probably think of that old NBC drama, “Providence.” Even then, that show was so long ago that folks may not even think of that. The point is, Lily Rayne wants people to think of her.
Lily Rayne, that’s Rayne not Rain, is a native of Providence and, tomorrow, she drops her Rhode Girl EP. This project is traditional R&B fused with trap music, showing the ever-expanding big tent that is hip hop. With the EP due tomorrow, the title track is out now.
Already, Lily Rayne has received co-signs from Justine Skye for her “On!” single and now she is going for more. The “Rhode Girl” single is definitely a banger. So, with the project coming tomorrow, Lily Rayne delivers the “Rhode Girl” video, proving herself as an Artist to Know.
