Jaquae: From Harlem to Headliner
Bringing the hype from Harlem is none other than multi-hyphenated star Jaquae! The Harlem hitmaker and Love & Hip Hop reality star continues to showcase his talents in the spotlight while helping others. The lyrically enticing emcee hails from Harlem but shines light on his South Carolina roots as well whenever he can. Making waves in music, Jaquae made his musical debut back in 2014 with his debut drop, “That’s Harr”. As a first impression, Jaquae delivered an audio tour of Harlem through the eyes of a Southern transplant on the raved record. Following the positive feedback for the trendy track, Jaquae remained a force to be reckoned with.
Since stepping into the spotlight musically, Jaquae joined the reality realm when he hit our tv screens appearing on Love & Hip Hop. It didn’t end there though. Jaquae went on to do movies, stepped into finance and much more! Utilizing his plethora of platforms to further push the envelope and culture forward, Jaquae laid low for a bit but is back and better than ever! In fact, Jaquae recently returned to music after dabbling in other avenues of revenue. He recently returned on his latest release, “Where The Music At” alongside AG The Voice Of Harlem. The new featured drop follows up his New Year raved release, “Living My Life”. In addition to hitting Hot 97’s Summer Jam 2023 stage. In which Jaquae recently reflected on his return to the stage after a short hiatus.
“I am so grateful to have been a part of summer jam this year. Seeing my supporters come out and show love just reminded me of my why I do what I do. The crowd was amazing. It was also dope to witness all of the ladies come out and do their thing like Lola Brooke, Ice Spice, Cardi and all of the other talented artists. Summer Jam was a movie. This is just a snippet of all the big things I have planned.”
Recently, we had the pleasure of chopping it up with the trailblazing talent. Check out our interview here at Hip-HopVibe.com!
